Paige is one of Portland’s most experienced brokers. With 30 years in real estate, she loves Oregon and loves helping people find the perfect place to live in it.
Paige grew up in a century-old Colonial style home in Portland’s Kings Heights Neighborhood on N. W. Westover Road. From a young age she was instilled with a love for classic architecture and design. This has carried over into her adult life as evidenced by the personal style of her home which was featured in Country Home Magazine. And this attention to detail in her house has carried over into her profession. She can help a buyer see a home’s full potential while helping sellers stage and market their home with class and style.
Being detail-oriented is essential for a real estate broker. Paige is always there to answer every question, keep you up-to-date, and to advocate on your behalf. Paige is very organized (you should see her closets!) and if you ask for referrals you’ll soon discover a pattern. Former clients most often say that Paige has excellent communication skills. Her clients are always at ease because she keeps them informed of every step along the way.
Often times it takes a bit of creativity to market a house successfully. Paige not only has the ability to assist her clients in staging their home, she has the expertise to help prospective buyers achieve their goals of finding the perfect home and envision living there. As several of her clients have remarked, “It’s like she could read my mind!”
When she’s not listing and selling property, Paige keeps her energy high by working out at the MAC, playing racquetball, and fly-fishing. She loves to cook, entertain friends, search for antiques, organize and decorate. Paige’s go-to getaway is her Willapa Bay beach cottage, which was once the cover feature in Cottage Style magazine. It’s the perfect spot for crabbing, fish, and gathering oysters and clams.
She is a strong believer in giving back to the city she loves, and has served on the Entertainment Committee for the Portland Golf Club, as a Board member for Waverly Children’s Home and participated in countless local fund-raising events.
While Paige is a consistent multimillion dollar producer, there is no house too small or big for Paige to help buy and sell. Paige is especially versed in the historic Ambassador building in downtown PDX. She’s sold over 15 condos in it at record prices and knows the rich history of this building inside and out.
From condos to mansions, no one knows the Portland real estate market better than Paige and she has amassed a network of real estate professionals on standby to help with every facet. Paige works efficiently and effectively to make the home buying/selling process an exceptional experience.
